Move the Jaguars to St. Louis. Problem solved.

An NFL team in London just doesnt make sense. Would be such a travel disadvantage for that team.

40 teams would probably get Brett Favre out of retirement .

clickbait

football demise was greatly exaggerated though, perfect sport for modern era given low # of games and lends itself to betting/engagement so well.

You could put a division in Europe.

London, Munich, Paris, Madrid

Also Mexico City and Toronto

I heard they want to start putting a 9am game every week in the future even when there is not a game outside the country

The odd # game should be at a neutral location. Not only in places like London, but in areas/states that don't have an NFL team (college towns like Tuscaloosa, Lincoln, Etc.) That would be a huge hit I think.

Nice idea but many of those non football states don’t have a facility that meets NFL standards .
But for those that do nice idea .

anytime the NFL can add a new viewing window it adds hundreds of millions of dollars to the revenue stream .

The ratings for the early morning games have been huge and it’s mostly been shitty matchups

so how many times will it take for STL to have a team before the league understands that the city won't support them?

it should be about time for the NHL to give Atlanta a 3rd try....

I've read it will be easier for the league to just pay off STL rather than give them a team.

Expansion isn't all it is cracked up to be anymore because most of the growth in league revenue comes from TV $ and that pie doesn't really get bigger whether you have 29 teams or 31 teams or 33 teams. And with revenue sharing agreements, even if you pay an expansion fee that $ just comes back to you in revenue sharing. So your basically just loaning the other owners money that they have to give you back.

So the expansion fees will probably just be way higher than they used to be going forward to adjust to this new economics.

This makes no sense will dilute the talent. Also must consider the last decade or so about the time Junior Seau committed suicide parents aren’t letting their kids play football. That to dilutes the talent and there will be kids in the NFL that really don’t belong and will lead to more injuries. Just my thoughts
